Get Rid of Your Bad Habits

You may be getting pleasure while biting your nails or cracking your knuckles but those habits may be irritating somebody and you may sometimes not notice too. People around you may be just like mirror but you may not be serious to have a look and you may not unsparingly be honest to realize the impending outcome of the undesirable habit.

Only your mentor or a close friend will be dare enough to point you out for you filthy habits like coming late in the meeting, picking your nose or  teeth in public, checking your phone at lunch table, eating with mouth open, snapping gum in public, talking when movie is on etc. These may seem very normal to you but they drastically play a major role for your personality disorder.

Recently a widely considered as the greatest sportsman of all times that mesmerized  the world with his astonishing dribbling skills and scintillating performances suffered a massive heart attack and left everyone gasping for breath. Some of his fans also grappled with the facts that his drug addiction tainted his later years and led him being kicked out of sports in and banned from the game for 15 months. Knee injuries took their toll as weight problems and he was hospitalized with severe heart ailment half a dozens of years before his death. The respiratory problems linked to cocaine addiction led him using crutches to walk for rest of his life.

Impact On Health

Our metabolism decreases over the age. If you are not serious about your health, it may land you in serious situation. Some of the bad eating habits may increasingly induce some kind of under secretion of glands and you may rush up to health centers for check up. Your smoking habit may not be that serious in the beginning but when your MRI scan detects cancer in your lungs, you may hit your head in the wall but it will be too late.

I have seen people who are putting their health priorities at last and casual smokers turning into chain smoker. When they are in the primary stage of cancer they blame tobacco companies and never realizing their own roll. Excessive drinking habits also turns a person alcoholic and ultimately spoils the lever landing to vulnerable infectious diseases such as pneumonia and tuberculosis.

Inadequate food habits just like taking excessive salt or sugar, frequently taking energy drinks or cold drinks and taking fast food too frequently may leave the severe consequences due to vitamins and mineral deficiencies. You every bite of food you eat reflects on your overall health.

Poor Productivity Habits

You may be hard worker and seem to be always busy guy sitting at desk but you may never notice or may ignore some of the proficiency related bad habits just like perfectionism, overscheduling, procrastination and refusing to learn new skills. I was in the similar category when I was writing tones of email manually to each individual and never realized the power of mail merge and email automation that empowered me later on for saving lot of time and energy. Your mentor may be a very best critic for your improvement if you submit to your him.

Bad Monetary habits

Whether you are a professional or a salaried individual, you may realize one day that money may not buy happiness, but it makes you a lot more comfortable, whether you are happy or not. Most people work pretty hard for the money they get as they are very serious about the working and deserve to gather as much of it as possible. But losing money due to bad spending habits is something thought provoking and it is necessary to learn more about personal finance other finance. The compounding interest effects of your bills paid very late may be trivial for you but their long term calculation may disturb you tragically when they drain out hell of your hard earned money. Financial habits is a relative term and matter of consideration of attention as not sticking to your budget or overpaying on entertainment may prove to be worse than your gambling habits. When we are in process of understanding and following the rules of conservation and adopting the use of incandescent bulbs rather than CFLs ,we should also advise our children to avoid leaving lights on when they leave the rooms, leaving cell phone plugged in even when it is fully charged.





Behavioral Bad Habits

Your behavioral patterns decide overall personality and pushes individual to a lower standard and thus traits are not liked by the people. Due to our egoistic approach we are sometimes underrate others and impose our standard. This overwhelming desire may lead person to failure. A very bad habit of blaming others may not only pull down victims but the whole purpose of good outcome is defeated when people gradually avoid working with such low image individual.

Replace The Habits

Bad habits are not for breaking but substituting with a good one. It is very hard to break the habit as it is wired to behavior pattern generalized with so many repetitions. When you meet to a group of friends which used to enjoy the party together, your desire for drinking beer triggers. You can avoid or replace the company and with over a period you may break the habit of such drinking. Have conversation with a friend about going to get a quick glass of juice together rather than standing outside with another friend who give you company for your cigarettes. After all it is matter of will power that will make or break the habits.
